Terms and Conditions

Subscription Plan Notice:

 

Please be aware that our monthly subscription plans are offered at exceptionally low rates due to the nature of appointment availability—it is NEVER guaranteed. After scheduling your very first session (upon enrollment), remaining eligible sessions are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and should be booked promptly to maximize user benefits.

 

Important Service Terms:

To ensure clarity and understanding of our policies, please note the following-

 

• No Cancellations: Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled.

• No Rescheduling: ALL Bookings are final and cannot be changed.

• No Refunds: ALL Payments are final and non-refundable.

• No Rolling Over: Unused sessions expire at the end of the service month and will not carry over.

• Deposits & Payments: All deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

      • No Exceptions: These policies apply to all without exceptions.

 

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these terms to help us maintain a fair and organized system for all artists.

Rules of Conduct for Artists:

 

  1. Respect for Equipment and Space: Artists and their clients must treat all workstations, equipment, and common areas with care. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately to management.

  2. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in work areas at all times. This includes proper disposal of waste, sanitization of workstations after use, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

  3. Professional Behavior: Artists are expected to conduct themselves professionally while on the premises. This includes respectful interaction with fellow artists, staff, and clients.

  4. Scheduling: Please honor the booking system. Only reserve the amount of time you truly need and plan to use, to prevent occupying a workstation that could benefit another artist.

  5. Date Swapping: Artists are permitted to swap booking dates with one another, provided the changes are reasonable and mutually agreed upon. Once an arrangement is made, both involved artists must promptly inform shop management of the new booking details to ensure smooth operations and updated scheduling.

  6. Use of In-house Supplies: Use supplies and resources provided by The Station responsibly. Any misuse or excessive wastage may lead to additional charges or restrictions on future bookings.

  7. Guest Policy: To minimize crowding and liability, clients are not permitted to bring additional guests to their sessions. This ensures a focused and safe environment for both artists and clients.

  8. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of clients and fellow artists. Do not share personal information without consent.

  9. No Discrimination or Harassment: The Station is committed to creating an inclusive environment. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

  10. Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use another artist’s designs without permission.

  11. Feedback and Grievances: Any concerns, feedback, or grievances should be directed to management in a constructive manner.

 

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of subscription privileges. The Station reserves the right to amend these rules at any time to ensure a positive and professional environment for all.

 

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

 

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply navigate to your account settings, where you'll find the option to end your subscription. Please be aware that upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not renew thereafter. We recommend reviewing your account details for specific information about your billing cycle and ensuring you cancel before the next cycle begins if you do not wish to be charged.
