Artist On-Boarding Program Your first step to becoming part of The Station by Swagga House. The Artist On-Boarding Program is a mandatory program for all apprentice artists joining The Station by Swagga House. This program is designed to prepare you for success by providing the knowledge, certifications, and guidance needed to begin your apprenticeship in a professional tattoo environment. Throughout the program, you'll be introduced to The Station's standards, shop policies, health and safety procedures, and daily operations. We'll also guide you through the required certification process and ensure you have everything needed to begin training under your supervising mentor. What You'll Learn The Station's policies, procedures, and professional expectations Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) safety and infection control Workstation setup and sanitation practices Client interaction and studio etiquette Required certifications and documentation How to navigate your apprenticeship at The Station What's Included Step-by-step assistance with completing all required documentation Guidance on obtaining your Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) Certification Review and verification of your required paperwork Orientation to The Station's workflow and standards One FREE month of our Express Membership (a $25 value) Upon successful completion of the Artist On-Boarding Program, you'll have the knowledge, documentation, and certifications required to begin your apprenticeship with confidence and be ready to work under the supervision of your mentor. Completion of the Artist On-Boarding Program is required before beginning any hands-on apprenticeship training at The Station by Swagga House.
