TERMS & CONDITIONS
Day Ones Loyalty Program – Terms & Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Day Ones Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Swagga House (“Artist,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By submitting the $150 access deposit, enrolling in a package, and clicking “I Agree,” you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access & Deposit
a. A one-time, non-refundable $150 Access Deposit is required to unlock entry into the Program.
b. The Access Deposit secures your exclusive code and guarantees eligibility to purchase a Day Ones package.
c. The deposit is applied toward your package balance once enrollment is confirmed.

2. Package Details
a. After access is granted, Clients may choose from available Loyalty Subscription Packages.
b. Standard Package requires:
• $150 enrollment fee (covered by the access deposit)
• Recurring payments of $150/month for 3 months beginning January 2026
• One (1) Half-Day Session (4 hours) booked January–March 2026
Additional Day Ones packages may be offered at Artist’s discretion.

3. Session Scheduling & Usage
a. It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule sessions during the designated cycle.
b. Sessions are first come, first served and subject to Artist’s availability.
c. Sessions are not monthly allocations but may be scheduled at any time within the active cycle.
d. If sessions are scheduled and completed before the cycle ends, the balance for that cycle must be paid in full either prior to, or on the day of, the final session.
e. Unused sessions cannot be transferred, resold, or gifted.

4. Payments & Billing
a. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
b. Failure to submit payment on time may result in loss of scheduled sessions and suspension of access to the Program.
c. Late or declined payments must be resolved immediately; continued non-payment will result in cancellation.

5. Non-Transferability
a. Access codes and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original Client.
b. Sessions cannot be reassigned, sold, or gifted to another person.

6. Artist & Venue Rights
a. The Artist reserves the right to reschedule or adjust sessions due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen events. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.
b. The Station – Franklin Mills reserves the right to feature Day Ones Clients in promotional content.

7. Termination of Agreement
a. The Artist may terminate this Agreement in cases of non-payment, violation of policies, or inappropriate conduct.
b. Upon termination, unused sessions are forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Liability Disclaimer
a. By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, and infection.
b. The Artist is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow proper aftercare.
c. Clients release the Artist and The Station Franklin Mills from any liability related to participation in this Program.

9. Agreement to Terms
By submitting the $150 deposit, enrolling in a package, or scheduling a session, You:
• Confirm that You have read and understood this Agreement.
• Consent to all payment, scheduling, and access terms.
• Accept full responsibility for compliance with all policies outlined herein.
